On 3 December 2015, Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw hosted a reception to celebrate the 88th Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej. The reception was attended by well-wishers from the Thai community in Poland, Polish friends of Thailand, the Dean, Heads and members of the diplomatic corps, and senior officials of the Polish government.

 

The reception was preceded by a ceremony to pay respect and homage to His Majesty the King by the Thai community led by Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand.

 

The guests at the reception were able to enjoy a cultural performance by students of the Medical University of Lublin, performance of the Royal Anthem of Thailand and the Polish National Anthem by a Thai soprano, a Khon mask display, and Thai food buffet stalls prepared by Thai restaurants in Warsaw and the Ambassador’s residence.
