On 11 December 2015, the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw organized the “Bike for Dad” event at the Jozefa Pilsudskiego University of Physical Education (AWF) to celebrate the 88^th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.  Among those 94 participants of the event were Ms. Ilona Soya-Kozlowska, Deputy Mayor of Bielany District, Ambassador Krzysztof  Szumski, former Ambassador of Poland to Thailand, officials and staff of the Embassy and their families, Thai community in Poland and Polish friends of Thailand.

The event began by a ceremony to pay respect and homage to His Majesty the King by the participants, led by H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand.  The Ambassador then led the participants on the bike riding along the track outside the building of the AWF with the total distance of 3.8 kilometres.  After the bike riding was finished, the participants enjoyed lunch prepared by the Ambassador’s residence.
