On 22 September 2021 H.E. Chettaphan Maksamphan, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, gave an opening speech for the Thai Day in Torun, which is one of the side events of the 8th International Asian Congress in Torun. The event was hosted by Mr. Mario Betancourt Lopez, President of the Association of Thai-Polish Frienship within the Society of Asia and the Pacific. In the event, the participants got the opportunity to enjoy video presentation about Khon and Thai arts and culture, demonstration of Thai massage and tasting of Thai food from the Thai restaurant and spa in Torun. In addition, the Embassy also showcase Thai food products available in Poland which were also distributed to the participants.
