On 25 June 2021, H.E. Mr. Chettaphan Maksamphan, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, paid a courtesy call on Mr. Jacek Majchrowski, President of the City of Krakow as part of his visit to the city to attend Muaythai Championship.

 

 

Ambassador Chettaphan underscored the need to enhance bilateral relations between Thailand and Poland throughout the country especially in the cities with strategic importance such as Krakow. Both sides discussed ways to promote closer ties in various dimensions including economic, education, science as well as people-to-people relations and agreed that the appointment of an honorary consul in Krakow would help advance cooperation in those areas. The President reaffirmed his willingness to support the Embassy’s endeavor in bringing the two countries even closer in Krakow.
