From 15 July 2024, nationals from 93 countries and territories, including Poland and Ukraine are entitled to visa exemption for the purpose of tourism and short business trip for up to 60 days and can extend the period of stay to not exceeding 30 days at the Thai Immigration Bureau.

If you wish to stay longer than 90 days, you can directly apply for a new type of visa such as work visa (Non-immigrant B) in Thailand before the end of your 90-day period of stay without visa.
