On 20 July 2021, the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw organized a ceremony to present the Letter of Recognition from Deputy Prime Minister/Minister of Foreign Affairs to Mr. Mikhailo Radutskyy, who had served as former Honorary Consul of Thailand to Ukraine for 14 years and is currently a member of the Parliament of Ukraine. H.E. Mr. Chettaphan Maksamphan, Ambassador of Thailand to Ukraine with residence in Warsaw, presided over the ceremony and expressed his appreciation to Mr. Radutskyy for his longstanding dedication and contribution in promoting closer relations between Thailand and Ukraine as an Honorary Consul and a true friend of Thailand.
In addition, the Ambassador discussed with Mr. Radutskyy and Mrs. Liudmyla Radutska, the official candidate for the new Honorary Consul of Thailand to Ukraine about the Ambassador's visit to Ukraine in September 2021 to meet with relevant public and private organizations in Ukraine to further promote cooperation between the two countries, particularly on the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Thai-Ukrainian Diplomatic Relations in 2022 as well as to provide consular services and meet with the Thai community in Ukraine.
