On 24 February 2025, H.E. Mrs. Urasa Mongkolnavin, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland met with Mrs. Katarzyna Mikołajczyk, Director General of the Polish Red Cross, and her executuve team at the Polish Red Cross in Warsaw. During the meeting, the Polish Red Cross Director General shared with Ambassador Urasa the Polish Red Cross' ongoing humanitarian assistance activities for Ukrainian refugees in Poland and the future plans. Ambassador Urasa took this opportunity to inform the Polish Red Cross on Thailand’s latest batch of humanitarian assistance to Ukraine, through the Thai Red Cross Society, which was worth THB 3 million (approximately USD 86,300).

Since February 2022, Thailand has provided humanitarian assistance to Ukraine through various channels, including the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF), the Thai Red Cross Society, and the Polish Red Cross, with a total value of THB 23 million (approximately USD 670,000). Thailand will continue to provide humanitarian assistance to those affected by the conflict in Ukraine.
