On 25 September 2025, H.E. Mrs. Urasa Mongkolnavin, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, chaired a meeting of the ASEAN Committee in Warsaw (ACW) at the Thai Residence. The meeting was attended by the Ambassadors of Viet Nam, the Ambassador of the Philippines and the Chargés d’Affaires of Indonesia and Malaysia to Poland.

The Committee discussed the activity plan for the last quarter of this year, with the aim to strengthen cooperation between ASEAN and Poland and to further raise awareness of ASEAN in Poland. The Committee also exchanged views on recent important political and economic developments in Poland.

On this occasion, Ambassador Urasa bid farewell and conveyed her deep appreciations for the close cooperation and friendship from the ACW members throughout her tour of duty in Poland, as well as handed over the Chairmanship of the ACW to the Ambassador of Viet Nam, who will lead the Committee for the next six months.
