On 29 July 2018, H.E. Mrs. Sansanee Sahussarungsi, Ambassador of Thailand, attended the Final Gala of the 6^th Football World Cup of Children from Care Homes at Legia Stadium which was organized during 28-29 July 2018. This event was initiated and annually hosted in Warsaw by Hope for the Mundial (Nadzieja na Mundial) Foundation. Thailand’s team was represented by 10 kids aged between 13-16 years old from Care Homes under the dependence of the Department of Children and Youth, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security. There were totally 27 countries joining the event this year. This activity not only allowed the kids to play football together but also created an opportunity for kids from care homes to gain new experience, impressive moments and friendship with new friends from different cultures. On this occasion, Ambassador of Thailand also hosted a lunch on 27 July 2018 to warmly welcome and cheer up the Thai kids who came to represent Thailand in this tournament.
