Thai Ambassador led ASEAN Ambassadors for study visit at the Lindley Water Filter

On 24 November 2014, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag, Ambassador of Thailand to the Republic of Poland as the Chairman of the ASEAN Committee in Warsaw (ACW) and spouse, together with officers at the Royal Thai Embassy in Warsaw, organized a study visit to the Lindley Water Filter in Warsaw for Ambassadors and diplomatic officers of the ASEAN Countries’ Embassies. It was an honour that Mr. Grzegorz Wasilewski, member of the Committee of the Lindley Water Filter, kindly welcomed the delegation and assigned an officer to give a briefing for the group. With this opportunity, the delegation had learned about the background and experiences of the Lindley Water Filter on water treatment technology and installation. The Lindley Water Filter has been supplying Warsaw’s residents with water for more than 100 years since 1886. Its technology and installation are still in used today. After the visit, Ambassador Bunnag also hosted a luncheon for the delegation at the Thai restaurant.
