On 24 October 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of Thailand, presented to Mr. Rafal Simonides, Polish former World Muaythai Council Champions, the award for winning the “Discover Thainess: One and Only Contest” organized by Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT). Ambassador congratulated and thanked Mr. Simonides for playing an important role in promoting Thailand in Poland through Muaythai. 

The Contest selected the three teams of finalists from around the world to participate in the activities in Thailand on 15 July to 31 August 2015 for 6 weeks. The team of Mr. Simonides and Mr. Przemyslaw Celinski, from Poland, was one of the finalists. While traveling, their lives were filmed for online voting. On 7 September 2015, TAT officially announced the result of the Contest that the team of Mr. Simonides won the Contest with the highest number of votes.
