On 25 September 2015, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of Thailand, hosted a dinner in honour of Mr. Vichien Chavalit, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, head of the Thai delegation to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Human Dimension Implementation meeting 2015. The meeting is the largest conference in Europe on human rights which is annually held in Warsaw to discuss and share experiences on the implementation of the OSCE human dimension commitments. Thailand is one of the Partners for Co-operation of the organization attaches great importance on issues affecting human security at the national, regional and international levels and is commited to tackling such issues at all levels.

Also, joining the dinner was Ms. Pattarat Hongtong, Director of Devawongse Varopakarn Institute of Foreign Affairs, head of the Thai delegation to the International Forum on Diplomatic Training (IFDT) held on 23 – 25 September 2015 in Warsaw. The Forum was co-organized by the European Academy of Diplomacy and the National School of Public Administration. The Forum discussed various issues, including the education and training of diplomats as well as global trends and issues challenging the work of Foreign Affairs.
