On 16 April 2015, at 12.30hrs, H.E. Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, paid a courtesy call on Mrs. Maria Leissner, Secretary-General, Community of Democracies (CD). On this occasion, Ambassador briefed Secretary-General about the current political situation in Thailand and the government’s adherence to the Roadmap to secure a more sustainable democracy for Thailand. The Secretary-General expressed her understanding of the political situation in Thailand and, in noting the openness of the Thai side to engage with foreign experts in the reform and constitutional drafting process, the Secretary-General also expressed readiness to explore ways to cooperate with Thailand.
