On 15 April 2015 Mr. Manasvi Srisodapol, Ambassador of Thailand to Poland, met with Polish – Thai Parliamentarian Friendship Group, comprising Mr. Marek Konopka, Chairman of the Group, and 3 other senators. On this occasion, Ambassador briefed members of the Group about the current political situation in Thailand and the government’s adherence to the 3 stage Roadmap to secure a more sustainable democracy for Thailand. The Chairman expressed his understanding of the situation and expressed confidence in Thailand’s ability to overcome the challenges. They also exchanged views on ways to strengthen bilateral ties and cooperation including the areas of trade, culture and future visit of Polish – Thai Parliamentarian Friendship Group to Thailand.
