On 21 August 2014, H.E. Mr. Bansarn Bunnag and his spouse, together with Mr. Sathaworn Subsoonthorn, Minister Counsellor (commercial), visited the production plant of Indorama Ventures in Wloclawek, Poland. Mr. Andrzej Palucki, Mayor of Wloclawek, also attended in honour of H.E. Ambassador. Mr. O.P. Mishra, General Director, and his staff, warmly welcomed the delegation to the plant. Ambassador was briefed about the businesses of Indorama Ventures and showed his support to the company in doing business in Poland. He also jointly planted some trees with the staff of Indorama Ventures to create a better scenery in the area.

Indorama Ventures is the largest PET producer globally. It is based in four continents in 17 countries. It is also the largest polyester fiber producer in Thailand and registered in the Stock Exchange of Thailand.
